Iv’e been getting lots of questions so I just thought I’d just clear everything up.
STUDIO/NON STUDIO WORK:
For the main parts of the exhibit, you can either reserve a studio space on sunday as your WORK space for the week and then set up your work how you like before the night of the opening, remember there are kids who aren’t reserving spaces so if you have any blank walls they will be filled up.
If you’d rather not reserve a studio space, a day or two before the opening (the date will be announced shortly!!) come down to the commons and set up your work where ever you feel is best (while being respectful towards others!!). There will be blank walls left in the studio spaces for you to fill up, but feel free to make outdoor installations, use the brick walls, the grass area, wherever you feel is best.
SUBMITTING VIDEOS:
Just email your file to Caitlin Reid (you can do this through sendspace.com, or you can coordinate with her on the exchange) Cnreid1@gmail.com
SUBMITTING PRINTS/SKETCHBOOKS:
Just email me and we’ll coordinate details on how/where to drop off/pick up your work. Kimihanauer@yahoo.com
SUBMITTING PERFORMANCES/LARGE INSTALLATIONS:
Email me your proposal with a few images. Kimihanauer@yahoo.com
Remember that if your setting up your work in someone else’s studio you must pick it up right after the opening. This goes for prints and sketchbooks as well.
